What do I do if I forget or want to reset my Visa Debit card PIN?
You can change your card PIN in the app just by tapping the card icon and selecting “Change card PIN”.
To change your card PIN in online banking, select the account associated with the card and click “Manage card”. There’ll be an option on the left-hand side called “Change card PIN”.
